Terms of Service

Sentinel AI provides software for AI evaluation, observability, security testing, and release control. You may use the service only in compliance with these terms, your agreement with Sentinel AI, and applicable law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, the configuration choices you make in your workspace, and the actions taken by people using your organization account.

You must keep account credentials, API keys, and connected-provider secrets confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or within your workspace unless caused directly by Sentinel AI.

You must not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, access controls, or any human-verification step intended to protect the service.

You retain responsibility for the prompts, traces, datasets, evaluation inputs, outputs, and other customer data that you submit to Sentinel. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process that data.

You remain responsible for decisions made from model outputs or release decisions reviewed inside Sentinel. Sentinel surfaces evidence and controls; it does not replace human review.

You may not use Sentinel to violate law, infringe rights, deploy malware, abuse third-party services, or test systems you do not own or have permission to assess.

Red-team and security features must be used only against targets you are authorized to evaluate.

Sentinel AI works to keep the service available and secure, but availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, dependency failures, or third-party outages may temporarily affect functionality.

We may improve, update, or discontinue parts of the service over time. Material changes to these terms will be posted on sentinel-ai.dev.

Paid plans, billing terms, and service limits are governed by your commercial agreement or order form. Failure to pay, repeated abuse, or material breaches may result in suspension or termination.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sentinel AI may retain or delete data according to the applicable agreement and retention settings.

Except as expressly agreed in writing, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Sentinel AI disclaims implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
