Sentinel AI
This Privacy Policy explains how Sentinel AI collects, uses, secures, and retains personal data when you use sentinel-ai.dev and the Sentinel service.
Last updated March 26, 2026
Sentinel AI may collect account information such as name, email address, role, organization details, authentication events, and support communications.
Sentinel also processes workspace data that you or your systems send to the service, including prompts, traces, datasets, eval configurations, findings, release decisions, integration settings, and related metadata.
We use data to provide the service, secure accounts, enforce permissions, process telemetry, operate evals and security checks, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability and product quality.
We may also use limited operational data for abuse prevention, fraud detection, human verification, and compliance with legal obligations.
Sentinel AI may use Cloudflare Turnstile or similar verification controls to prevent automated abuse on sign-in and sign-up flows. Verification tokens are checked server-side and are used only for abuse prevention and account protection.
We also log security-relevant events such as failed sign-in attempts, password resets, audit events, and API key usage.
Sentinel AI shares data with infrastructure and service providers only as needed to host the product, deliver email, operate storage, and support integrations you enable.
When you connect third-party systems such as model providers, Slack, GitHub, or object storage, data may be processed by those providers according to their terms and privacy practices.
Retention depends on your workspace settings, service configuration, and contractual commitments. Telemetry and artifact retention may vary by environment or data class.
If you close an account or workspace, Sentinel AI may retain limited records for security, compliance, billing, or dispute resolution as required by law or contract.
Sentinel AI uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect customer data, including authentication controls, encryption of stored secrets, scoped access controls, and audit logging.
No internet-connected service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so you should configure least-privilege access, rotate secrets, and review logs regularly.
You may update account details, rotate credentials, configure retention, and manage workspace access through the service. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal data.
Requests relating to privacy rights should be sent to support@sentinel-ai.dev.
Sentinel AI may process data in the regions where it or its subprocessors operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
Questions about this Privacy Policy or privacy requests can be sent to support@sentinel-ai.dev.
